Product Introduction

  • Monarch buffers and columns are all sold separately for your convenience. Keep in mind that this buffer contains RNase A and will need to be stored at 4°C after opening.
  • Monarch Plasmid Neutralization Buffer is designed for use with the Monarch Plasmid Miniprep Kit (T1010S/L).
  • This buffer is used to neutralize the lysate and digest any RNA present. The buffer also prepares the DNA for binding to the column matrix.
  • It is conveniently colored yellow for identification as well as for monitoring when the neutralization is complete.
