Product Introduction

The Monarch gDNA Elution Buffer a component of the Monarch Genomic DNA Purification Kit (NEB #T3010), which can be used to purify up to 30 µg genomic DNA  from a variety of sample types. Monarch gDNA Elution Buffer is used for the final elution step, and is suitable for long term storage of gDNA. 

 All Monarch kit components are available for purchase separately, for additional convenience, and to minimize waste.

Description

Monarch gDNA Elution Buffer is supplied in 10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 9.0, 0.1 mM EDTA and is suitable for long term storage of gDNA. Nucleases are inactivated both by the inclusion of EDTA and the pH of the solution.
